What Are Glue-U Therapeutic Horseshoes? 

The Glue-U collection is part of our Therapeutic Horseshoe range. All options within this range feature a flexible rubber cuff bonded to an aluminium horseshoe. This means that they can provide all the benefits of aluminium horseshoes, without the need for nails.  

Our range of Glue-U Therapeutic Horseshoes includes fronts and hinds in four options across various sizes, ensuring that there’s a perfect fit for any hoof.  

 

How Are Glue-U Therapeutic Horseshoes Fitted? 

Glue-U Therapeutic Horseshoes are glued to the hoof with the help of a fast setting adhesive such as Shubond. They can used with or without topical hoofcare products such as frog support and/or the ComfortMix collection. 

 

What Options Are Available Within The Glue-U Therapeutic Horseshoes Range? 

The Glue-U Therapeutic Horseshoes range features four types of glue on horseshoe: 

Original Glushu 

The Original Glushu is the collection’s standard horseshoe. Designed to suit most full size horses, this one is the jack of all trades.  

Sportshu 

The Glushu Sportshu is approximately 20% lighter than the Original and is designed specifically for performance horses.  

Glushu Mini 

The Glushu Mini is a smaller version of the Original Glushu and is designed for miniature horses, ponies and foals. 

Glushu Draft 

The Glushu Draft is designed to accommodate larger animals such as draft horses. It offers the same benefits as the Original Glushu but in a bigger size. 

 

Add Extra Therapeutic Benefits With Universal Frog Support  

In addition to the standard Glue-U Therapeutic Horseshoes, Glushu Universal Frog Support is also available in Standard and Mini sizes. As the name suggests, this product supports the frog and can also be used to assist topical treatments in staying in place.
