Shipping and Delivery Information
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once a customer places an order and payment is received, then a despatch of orders will take between 1-3 business days but typically 2 or fewer business days.
Advised delivery times will occur usually within 1-7 working days depending on your location & postage backlog.
Please be aware that our warehouse only ships Monday to Friday so if you place your order over the weekend or on a Public Holiday, your order will be processed the next working day.
How much will the shipping cost me?
The following Delivery Fees apply to all Orders:
Standard Delivery Fees:
- $12.95 per order under $150.
- FREE delivery for orders over $150.
Please note that the free delivery only applies to products purchased online.
How will my order be sent to me?
All items are sent through one of the following carriers - StarTrack / TNT / TOLL / Australia Post.
Once the order has been sent you will receive a tracking ID which you can use to track your order via the relevant carrier tracking page (link below)
A reminder that all customers should ensure an accurate address is listed as well as a correct contact number. In the event that an incorrect postal address is given and the package is returned to us, an additional charge of the original postage/freight cost will be incurred. POST OFFICE BOXES will not be accepted as a delivery address.
Delivery times are between the business hours of 8am-5pm.
If you are concerned about not being available at your home address, then a good alternative is to use your business address.
What if I have not received my goods after two weeks?
We will endeavour to dispatch all online orders within 1-3 working days (Typically in 2 or fewer business days), however, if you have not received your goods after two weeks, please contact our customer service department on (03) 5734 3536 or email email@example.com.
