After the successful development of the Mustad Equi-librium Shoes, as a result of an extensive scientific research project at Utrecht University in The Netherlands, the priority turned to the welfare and athletic performance of the horse in the design of the Mustad Equi-librium AIR. A shoe series, featuring all of the exceptional features of the Mustad Equi-librium Shoe, with the added benefits of reducing limb load by improving breakover and support.
The Mustad Equi-librium AIR is available in Front and Hind.

• 15% lighter than standard Equi-Librium
• Distinctive Equi-Librium rolled toe, more pronounced in the hind model
• Concave section through the toe providing extra grip
• Additional width in the heels for optimal support
• Side clips in the front shoe are positioned in the toe, for additional support while maintaining an optimal hoof mechanism
