What Makes Ladies Aprons Different To Unisex Options?

The difference between our ladies aprons and their unisex counterparts all comes down to the way that they fit. The female form requires different waist and leg proportions for optimal comfort, and our ladies aprons are specifically designed to accommodate this. This means that their waist provides a neater fit to the body, while the leg portions of the apron are tailored to accommodate wider hips.

Is There Any Difference In The Level Of Protection Provided By Ladies Aprons?

As a general rule, both the unisex and women’s versions of our aprons provide the same high level of protection. You may enjoy a slight enhancement to the amount of protection provided by our ladies aprons given that they will fit better than the unisex model, but this is purely down to fitment and both ladies and unisex models can greatly increase the safety of your job.  

Why Is The Edge So Much Cheaper Than The Silverback?

Although both the Edge Women’s Apron and the Silverback Ladies Apron are both tailored for the female form, they service different segments. While the Edge Women’s Apron still offers plenty of protection, it is designed to be as cost-effective as possible. This means that although you’ll still enjoy tailored protection, you won’t receive the additional benefits offered by a product like the Silverback Ladies Apron. These benefits include industry leading core support and DNA impact foam protection wrapped in a lightweight, water repellent package.
