HOOF PADS

There are many different types of hoof pads available and if your horse has a problem that will be helped by fitting a pad between the hoof and the shoe, then make sure the pad you buy is up to the job.

For the protection and/or shock absorption it is essential that the pads are made of a strong material that will not crush under the weight of the horse, causing shoes to loosen and clenches to rise. 

Mustad's range of hoof pads includes:

Mustad No Shock Pads - shock-absorbing orthopedic pads made of pure polyurethane, which are designed to relieve leg and tendon stress while offering good support and protection when riding long hours.

There is a wide range of No Shock Pads available, including Wedge; Narrow and Thick Rim; Frog Support and Hard Pads. 

Other Hoof Pads available include :

Leather Pads, PP Combi Pad and Bar Wedge Pads.

It contains chelated minerals, which will deeply penetrate the affected area. The chelated minerals work in combination with Aloe Vera and isopropanol.
