RIDERS ESSENTAILS WARDROBE

Horze Incase Velvet Black                     Helmet Ariat Tek Grip Gloves                       Horze Titan Body Protector

TOP TIP
A helmet should not be too tight or too loose on your head,
so follow these quick tips when choosing the right helmet size for you:
 1. Move your head from side to side and back and forth with the chin strap undone – if there is no movement then this is the correct size.
2. Make sure the edge of the helmet is running horizontally and 1-2cm above the eyebrows.

                                                                                                                                       Zilco Jodz Elite

HORSE HEALTH SPRING ESSENTIALS

Spring can be on of the most dangerous times of the year when it comes to caring for your horses. Jorses that are in good confition especially have to be watched due to the fact that most of the grasses are in seed and can cause your horse to become obese in a very short amount of time.  Clover is one of the most dangerous grasses as it has a very high sugar content and only need ste sun to be at the right angle at the right time of day. Once ingested, it will set off an enzyme that will get into your hores gut and then into the blood stream, which will in turn attack the bonding of the hoof wall to the bone. Once this bonding is compromised we then see the development of Laminitis (or Founder).
