Three-day eventing star Pippa Funnell became the only person in the world ever to win the Grand Slam of eventing in 2003 by winning the Rolex Kentucky Three Day, Badminton Horse Trials, and Burghley Horse Trials.
At both Rolex and Burghley, her mount was Primmore's Pride, a 7/8 Thoroughbred gelding. Continuing their incredible year, Pippa and Pride helped the British Eventing Team take the team silver and won the individual bronze at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens!
In 2005 the pair won Badminton Horse Trials, and Pride became the first horse ever to win three different four-star events.
