Company History

O'Dwyer Horseshoe have committed themselves to product development, product diversity and service to the Australian horse industry for the past 32 years.

In the early years, Carl O'Dwyer's first mass-produced horseshoe was the pacing show range. As time progressed the need for quality manufactured horseshoes resulted in O'Dwyer expanding the range to a variety of concave and flat shoes. At present we manufacture the largest and most diverse range of steel horseshoes for the Australian market.

In 2001, O'Dwyer Horseshoes joined the Mustad International Group. Mustad are today the leading horseshoe nail producer worldwide.

Mustad products include nails, studs, therapeutic horseshoes, farrier's tools and horseshoes. O'Dwyers stock an extensive range of horseshoes, nails and farrier equipment, such brand names as New Zealand, St Croix, Derby, Mustad and Basic.

O'Dwyer Horseshoes are committed to maintaining the highest level of service and supply of quality products to the market; the latest being the introduction of the St Croix Concorde range, which involves a full range of aluminium and steel replica shoes designed specifically for the thoroughbred industry.

We also welcome and value customer feedback on any range of products.
